One day, I was at the gym, feeling frustrated during my boxing training. My punches weren’t as powerful and fast as I needed them to be for my upcoming match. I had been doing regular weight-based workouts, but they didn’t seem to be helping with my combat skills. I felt discouraged and wanted a solution.

One evening, while scrolling through social media, I came across a video about the Power Punch Pro. It claimed to be a game-changer for combat sports enthusiasts like me, offering dynamic resistance training. I got interested and started reading reviews and testimonials to see if it could help me.

I decided to give it a try and ordered the Power Punch Pro. The ordering process was easy, and it arrived quickly. When I put on the adjustable bands and attached the resistance bands, I felt hopeful. During my first training session, I was impressed by the extra resistance, which challenged my muscles in a new way.

Over the next few weeks, the Power Punch Pro became a crucial part of my training routine. My punches and kicks became stronger and faster, and I felt more confident.

So today, I’m here to share my entire experience.

What is Power Punch Pro?

The Power Punch Pro is a Full Body Resistance Trainer made for improving resistance training in activities like shadow boxing, boxing, and MMA. It’s a versatile and adjustable tool that adds resistance to your movements to help you train more effectively.

How Does It Work?

The Power Punch Pro operates on a simple concept: resistance training. It uses adjustable straps, bands, and rings to add resistance as you exercise. This added resistance makes your muscles work harder, boosting your strength, speed, and power.

Unlike traditional weight-based training, Power Punch Pro offers resistance across your full range of motion, making it ideal for combat sports enthusiasts.

How to Use Power Punch Pro

Here’s how I use the Power Punch Pro:

  1. Adjust Straps: Make sure the belt, wrist, and ankle straps fit comfortably for a secure and safe fit.

  2. Attach Resistance Bands: Connect the resistance bands to the foot and hand rings; they provide resistance for your exercises.

  3. Choose Your Exercise: Decide what kind of exercise you want to do, like shadow boxing or agility drills.

  4. Start Your Routine: Begin your workout with Power Punch Pro, feeling the extra resistance that challenges your muscles and enhances strength and speed.

  5. Maintain Good Form: Pay attention to your form during exercises to stay safe and get the best results, especially with the added resistance.

  6. Adjust as Needed: Modify the resistance by changing bands or their length to match your fitness level and goals.

Power Punch Pro – Before and After Results

After using Power Punch Pro for two months, my combat training has improved a lot. Before, my punches were weak and slow, and I felt frustrated.

But thanks to Power Punch Pro’s dynamic resistance training, my punches and kicks are now much stronger and faster. I feel much more confident in my abilities. This tool has not only made me better at combat but also improved my agility and strength, making me a better athlete overall.

For punching, the tension should be opposite of the punch so the cable should attach behind your shoulders, not at your hips. Additionally, the straps will dig into your thumbs. Poorly designed and will be returning.

Not sure who this is supposed to fit

So, I’m not a tall woman. I’m 5’3”. Granted I’m not in the best shape of my life but something tells me most men’s waists are going to be around my size or bigger. The best barely went around my waist. Which hey, again, I’m not slim right now. But then the arms are too long to provide tension for the purpose they are designed for and the leg bands are too short to reach my ankles. Not going to be useful to me, unfortunately.Did arrive quickly and was well packaged. Nothing against the seller, just the product doesn’t seem like it would fit most people.

Alot of reviews say belt is to small. I don’t find that to be the case with 36 inch hips and 40″waist. Seems like many people aren’t undoing the velcro extender. Anyway. I bought it for VR workouts to save my shoulders and elbows from damage. It works well for my cause.

No instructions and doesn't fit

I bought Power Punch Pro as a surprise for my boyfriend, who is starting to get back into a workout routine and wanted to add some boxing training to his regimen. In the details listed under the product info it says the maximum length of the waist belt is 41. Well I thought “Great, he won’t have any trouble wearing this; it should fit fine.” It did not; he is about a 36/38 and he struggled the entire time and had to suck in his stomach and hold his breath. Once he let go, it looked uncomfortable for him. There’s no way to really adjust the length, so he won’t be wearing it again. The set also didn’t come with any type of instructions on which bands connect to where so I spent a little time trying to configure the attachments based on the length. I’ll be looking for a new set soon and I’ll be sure to check for an adjustable belt.

Works pretty good. I only use Power Punch Pro for punching, but you can reconfigure the bungees to work out your legs and arms in all sorts of strange ways. The belt looks and feels to be heavy duty. I don’t suspect it will rip anytime soon which was a fear of mine before receiving the product. I find it fairly effective as a boxing exercise but I need some kind of punching bag or else it gets pretty boring. People with stronger discipline can just shadow box or do a punching regiment in the air and get a good resistance workout though.

No instructions at all. Not even on which piece is for the hands and which for the feet. Let alone maybe some exercises. But they have really skimped on the amount of material. I have a 32 inch waist and the belt barely fits. The wrist and ankle straps are so small. Not impressed, I hope at the very least it’s durable.

bands pull belt down.

I was looking forward to Power Punch Pro and was hopeful that it would help me that it would develop my Maui Thai. However, there was no directions so I had to play around to try and figure out which band went with which connections. While I had no issues with the weight of the bands tension, the belt did. No matter which band I used to attach to the ankle it would pull the belt down. I thought maybe attaching the wrists to the belt would help pull it up…it doesn’t. Maybe at 188cm (6’2) I am to tall for this thing, but to me it is a waste of money and should be avoided.

Works but very quickly the cords started breaking one after another. This was used sporadically and in less than 15 uses the first cord broke. Now, after fewer than 35 uses 3 out of 5 cords are broken and the whole set it now useless. Three stars because when it worked it did a decent job.

It’s not made to fit any human frame from any period in time or any type, size, sex, age, etc~♾️! It’s painfully obvious that this wasn’t even an initial attempt at reverse-engineering another successful idea/project. Instead, this was a bunch of school age children asked to copy the design of something that they only never got to see.. Instead, they have to recall what they heard about this equipment, during some random middle of the day lunch break in a full to capacity gymnasium! So unless you have a sever brain injury and somehow have unfortunately landed on this product, S T O P, close this website/app/whatever, throw the device into your favorite form of permanent disposal. Finally take $50 from your bank account and donate it to whatever cause/movement you absolutely disagree with the most. Once there at that organizations place to accept gifts/donations, and ask them how much more can you give to make a superbowl add that features yourself as lead character who’s roll isto motivate others to give and support this organization too! Then and only then might you have achieved the same level of usefulness as this neon green patroleum based nightmarish quagmire equipment!

I used the 300lb system but only the leg attachments for warning up for basketball/shooting around. Typically I’m have it on for roughly 15 minutes while dying drill and it’s removed during actually play. I did enjoy the muscle engagement as well as the explosiveness after removing the resistance. These bands were not abused, left out, or anything neglectful. In disappointed that the bands have already started popping. The only fix wouldn’t be to replace the pair of bands for each set of extremities to maintain even resistance.

It’s a decent product, but I had two major issues: one is that with all the bands hooked up, I found that I really had to stretch my arms further than I’d like before getting through the slack and meeting any resistance (I’m also apparently not the only one who had this issue). The second, more major issue was that the cable inside one of the arm bands broke; its end popped right out of one of the sockets, and this was only after two uses. Had I not already tied a knot in each arm band to shorten them (so I wouldn’t have to stretch my arms so far to get any resistance) this would have rendered the band entirely useless.Overall, it’s not a great product, but it is functional as far as what I need it for. It’s a bit cheaply made, but besides the two issues I mentioned, it’s actually pretty useful as far as training some extra strength. The leg bands are consistently helpful, always tugging and forcing me to exert myself that much more in ever move I make; and with the arm bands knotted, they’re marginally better than they were before, even if I still have to reach a bit more than I’d like. For the price you’re paying, I would say the product is only partially overpriced. If you’re just looking for something to help you develop a little extra strength on a bunching bag or doing some focus mitt work, then this may be the right fit for you.

May 10, 2023

Great resistance gear arrived earlier than expected. Better than most of the stuff sold for using resistance bands for hands and ankles. I have seen a belt like this go for like 40 alone because of “fitness”. And it is far more versatile than most wall and door anchors. The Green Set Resistance has a Solid feel and adds perfect level of resistance to natural movement without having to hold anything. I can, for example, do jumping jacks and feel every point of movement. I do wish the foot stirrup straps on the ankles fit more snug and could be secured without shoes on my size 9 foot. but I know how to make that adjustment. They fit fine with “barefoot” shoes I use for training.

This is a great product to add resistance to training. I gave it four stars over five because when only using the arm portion connected to the belt, t belt won’t stay in place long enough and keeps sliding up my waist/torso I have to connect the leg portion to help keep it in place. Either way, this IS a great product and I definitely recommend it to people looking for resistance training to help build speed.

Add in great resistance to certain exercises

Rated 4.0 out of 5
February 11, 2023

awkward to wear at first but it is actually excellent for shadowboxing and kicks. yes the belt gets pulled down some but i found if you keep your guard (hands) up this helps to keep belt in place and adds isometric resistance to your arms in the guard position. hands up good thing in contact sports. I am 5′ 10 so if you are over 6 feet tall there will be alot more tension in arm bands as your arms are longer and band length fixed. however, they are excellent to add alot of resistance in any positions with hands or forearms on the floor such as pushups, planks, mountain climbers. In a plank position if you try to lift your bum up to cheat, this only increases resistance on the bands keeping your form more strict. I hold planks for 8 minutes but only managed 2 minutes wearing the ropes the first time. great for squats, jump squats, ab work like bicycles etc. too. will provide update in month to see if i stretch out the ropes or have equipment failure as i work out vigorously/regularly with any equipmentUPDATE: one month regular workouts and all bands/connections are good, no loss of elasticity. strap on equipment and do bear crawls for an intense workout! I also wear a weight vest with this for extra resistance which is killer. Highly recommend wearing a weight vest during all workouts as well. still would recommend the training ropes as a way to add to your workouts. Put it on and get creative with an exercise but must do planks, pushups and bear crawls with this wow
