How Does Alien Tape Work?
Alien Tape is a game-changer when it comes to sticking things together. This tape uses some super cool nano-grip technology, which means it can stick to almost any surface without any adhesive. Just imagine – you can use it to hang pictures, secure carpets, or even hold your phone in place while you’re driving, and you won’t have to worry about it falling down!
The best part is that Alien Tape creates an instant bond with the surface it’s applied to. As soon as you stick it on, every single square millimeter of tape will cling to the surface like a suction cup. And don’t worry – you don’t need to worry about it losing its grip. It’ll stick around for as long as you want it to, and when you’re ready to remove it, just give it a gentle pull.
If you’re using Alien Tape to stick two objects together, breaking the bond is just as easy. A gentle twist will do the trick, and the tape will release its grip on both objects.
Alien Tape Features
Clear and Transparent
First off, Alien Tape is clear and transparent, so you can use it on any object or surface without it being highly visible to others.
Set of Three Rolls
When you purchase a set of Alien Tape, you’ll receive three identical rolls of this transparent tape. This means you can keep a couple of rolls at home and one in your car’s glove compartment or even take one to work. With all three rolls equaling 21 feet of tape, you’ll most likely have enough to create hundreds of bonds between various surfaces.
Durable
Alien Tape is super strong and can hold up to 17.5 pounds of weight without ripping or failing. If you need to support heavier objects, you can use multiple pieces of tape to work together to hold them up.
Waterproof and Weatherproof
This tape is both waterproof and weatherproof, so you can use it in any indoor or outdoor setting you can think of. It can stand up to heat and humidity in the summer, snow in the winter, and even exposure to water in your bathroom or kitchen.
Reusable
Another great feature of Alien Tape is that it is reusable. You can use a piece multiple times, and it will work just as effectively the seventh time as it did the first. Before reusing a piece, be sure to rinse it off in the sink and let it dry before applying it to a new surface.
Slim
Each piece of this tape is fairly slim (about an inch wide), which makes it easy to fit into narrow spaces without needing to cut it down. On the other hand, book tape and duct tape tend to be about twice as wide, so they may need to be cut down more often. If you need to tape up a wider surface with Alien Tape, you can always use multiple pieces to get the job done.
How to Use Alien Tape?
Alien Tape is a versatile adhesive tape that you can use to bond two surfaces together without leaving any residue or damaging your items. Here’s a quick guide on how to use it.
Step 1: Apply the Tape
First things first, choose the surfaces you want to bond together. This can be a wall, a floor, or two free-floating objects. Once you have your surfaces picked out, cut a piece of Alien Tape from the roll and apply it to one of the surfaces. You can also measure the surface and cut the tape accordingly while it’s still on the roll.
Step 2: Create the Bond
With the tape applied to one surface, attach the second object to the tape to create a bond. Press down on the object for a few seconds to make sure the bond consolidates between the two surfaces. When you release the pressure, the bond should hold steady.
Step 3: Use the Surfaces Normally
If you’ve applied the Alien Tape correctly, you can use the bonded surfaces as you normally would. This means you can hang pictures, attach objects, or even fix a broken item without damaging the surfaces. However, if you feel like the bond is too weak, you can add more tape to create a stronger bond, especially if you’re working with large surfaces.
That’s it! With these simple steps, you can use Alien Tape to bond different surfaces without worrying about any mess or damage.
Benefits of Alien Tape

Can Hang Items Hole-free
Do you want to hang pictures, hooks, or racks without drilling holes? With Alien Tape, you can hang almost anything on walls, doors, or cabinets without leaving holes or damaging the surface. Even better, it won’t lose its suctioning power when it gets wet, so you don’t have to worry about water exposure.

I have been a loyal and satisfied customer of alien tape. So you can imagine when this holiday use was with some problems. I put up some very light pictures on my wall and when I went to straighten the sliding pictures the tape ripped the wall and would not come off. Also I secured a mantle scarf and when I went to remove the tape took the paint off the mantle. Please let me know why this happened
do NOT use Alien Tape – it tears sheet rock leaving it needing patching. HORRIBLE
