Do not purchase. Hue Drum is a scam. Please, please read reviews. Not all consumers receive products.
Stay far away! Website claims it will ship within 2 business days, and weeks will go by with no action. Responses to support take forever, and are vague not remotely answering your inquiry in a helpful way. They will string you along as far as they can, until you ultimately have to dispute it with PayPal or your credit card company. They won’t even respond to a PayPal dispute as they know they are in the wrong, so be sure to escalate it to a claim (I did this after 48 hours). If they are good at anything, it’s buying time while holding your money.
I believe it is a well-played scam. It has been over 30 days and I have not received the drum. It’s just “ordered”. I will work on a dispute because they only have the email address for questions.
SCAM!!!! Never received orders for Christmas. Claim they canceled orders and issued refunds. No money ever received and now they will not respond to emails asking where refunds are. Filing disputes for 3 orders.
