Neatcell Review 2023 – Scam or Legit?

So, you’re wondering if Neatcell is a trustworthy brand and if their Picosecond Laser Pen is worth it, right? Well, from what I’ve seen, it seems like it can be pretty helpful for getting rid of tattoos and melanin deposits.

But, I totally get it if you have some concerns about its effectiveness and safety. I mean, I was in the same boat when I was looking to remove a ring tattoo and did some research on the Neatcell Picosecond Laser Pen.

But, don’t worry, I’ll share all the details in this review and even let you know where to snag the best deal on it. So, let’s dive in!

What is Neatcell?

Neatcell Picosecond Laser Pen is the latest must-have beauty tool that’s taking the skincare world by storm.

It uses laser beams to increase skin metabolism and reduce melanin deposits, effectively dissolving them into fine particles. It’s a game-changer for both at-home skin care and professional salons and spas, saving you time and money.

How Does It Work?

Neatcell uses something called the “pico effect” to break down tattoo ink into tiny particles called PICO dusting effects. These particles are then removed by your body’s immune system.

It typically takes about 6-8 sessions to completely remove a tattoo, but that can vary depending on things like the tattoo’s ink color, size, shape, location, and the power setting you use. The higher the power, the faster the results.

Neatcell Laser Pen! It’s perfect for both at-home use and professional settings like beauty salons and training centers. Not only is it efficient, but it also dissolves melanin into fine particles to promote skin metabolism and reduce melanin deposits.

Plus, it’s super fast with a more focused laser energy to clear and remove long lasting melanin problems. And the best part? It’s super effective without causing damage to your skin. It even reduces freckles and dark spots, giving you a more refined complexion from within. And don’t worry, it’s totally painless and safe to use.

Also, the Neatcell picosecond laser pen is amazing for tattoo removal. It delivers energy so quickly that the ink particles vibrate and shatter without damaging surrounding tissue.

Plus, it uses cutting-edge technology to harness the body’s own healing mechanisms to restore youthful skin. And the Focus Lens technology is pretty cool too, it efficiently converts laser energy into moderate pressure waves.

Difference Between The Blue Light And Red Light

The blue light one is more powerful, so it’s best used by trained professionals and with safety glasses (which we’ll provide for you). It’s got 9 different modes to choose from, with the lowest setting being level 9. The red light one is a bit more low-key and has 3 modes to choose from.

Use the red one for black tattoos and the blue one for tattoos with lots of color. The red one is also safe for at-home use, while the blue one should only be used in a salon or under supervision. Both can be used to remove moles, lentigo, black acne scars, tattoos, eyebrow tattoos, eyebrow microblading and any other melanin.

When using the blue light, you can adjust the intensity from 1 to 9, with level 1 being the strongest. The red light has intensity settings of 1, 2, and 3, and you can cycle through them using the frequency button. Once you press the trigger, the lights will flash until you release it.

How To Use It?

  1. When you plug it in, the digital screen will turn on.
  2. To adjust the power and frequency, hit the “Inten” and “Fre/Hz” buttons. We suggest starting with a lower setting and working your way up as needed. The lowest setting for the blue laser pen is level 9.
  3. Make sure to put on the safety glasses (they come with the pen) since the blue laser flashes rapidly. And if you’re sensitive to loud noises, you might want to use earplugs.
  4. Point the pen tip at the spot you want to fix. If you’re using the blue laser pen, don’t keep it in one spot for more than 2 seconds.
  5. After the treatment, apply a repair essence to the area and keep using it for a few days. And avoid direct sunlight, otherwise, you might get a painful sunburn.
  6. To keep the results, you might need to repeat the procedure every few days.

Is It Safe?

Well, we talked to a doctor about it and she said, basically, as long as you use it properly, it’s totally fine. But, she did mention that the red light is less harsh than the blue light, so she recommends using the red one if you’re gonna use it at home.

And, just like with any laser treatment, there’s always a risk of redness, swelling, and scarring if you don’t use it according to the instructions.

Also, and this is super important, make sure you don’t point it at your eyes. It can cause some serious damage if you do.

But don’t worry, it looks like Neatcell comes with eye protection, so make sure you use it. All in all, if you follow the directions, you should be good to go and be able to remove your tattoo.

How Long Will It Take?

You have to use them 1-3 times a week for 4 weeks. That way, you’ll give the pigments enough time to fade away. This process is called photoablation.

  • A 30-day money back guarantee is included.

  • If used improperly, some people report uncomfortable sensations (see below for how to counteract this)

Customer Reviews

Overall, customers seem to be very happy with the Neatcell Laser Pen. They have had success in using it to remove moles, skin tags, and tattoos, and have found it to be relatively painless.

They appreciate the fact that it comes in a professional looking package and that it charges with a standard micro USB, making it easy to charge.

They recommend starting on the lowest level and using caution and patience when using it. Some of the customers have received it very fast, and the seller was described as friendly and understanding.

Is There A Better Alternative?

If you’re not sure it’s going to work for you, you might want to check out seeing a dermatologist. They’re professionally trained in tattoo removal and can use different types of lasers to minimize scarring.

They might use Q-switched lasers, which fire off high-energy bursts at a super fast rate, or even picosecond lasers that emit even faster pulses of light to break up the tattoo pigment.

But, keep in mind that laser clinics usually charge around $100 per session. And some people worry that the technicians won’t do the treatment evenly, leaving them with a faded and blotchy result. That’s why some people end up buying their own laser pens, even though they can cost thousands of dollars.

Where to Get the Best Price?

Neatcell is seriously amazing for getting rid of acne, moles, spots, tattoos, and even freckles. If you’re looking to snag the best deal, hit up the official retail store

Right now they’re selling it at a discounted price, but it’s a limited time offer so don’t wait too long.

Trust me, I already picked one up and I have zero regrets. The customer service was on point and it got to me super fast. Definitely worth checking out before the price goes back up.

Will It Rebound After Picosecond Laser Pen Therapy?

The laser treatment will break down melanin particles deep in your skin, but it’s important to keep in mind that later on, things like UV rays, lack of sleep, and dehydration can cause more melanin to appear.

To keep things under control, make sure to use sunscreen, drink plenty of water, and get enough rest.

What’re The Picosecond Laser Pen Side Effects?

The picosecond laser is much faster than traditional laser treatments and won’t damage surrounding tissue. It can blast away melanin with minimal treatments needed. The procedure is very reliable and effective, and won’t require as much recovery time.

Does Picosecond Laser Treatment Hurt?

You may feel a warm tingling sensation during the treatment, but it shouldn’t be too uncomfortable. It only lasts for about 5-10 minutes.

Does It Leave Scars On Your Face?

No way! The picosecond laser is so precise that it only targets melanin and doesn’t cause any damage to your skin. It’s so weak that it couldn’t even burst a balloon!

  1. This product actually works for tattoo removal i was a little skeptical at first because theres very little info out there on this pen on how it works but once you figure this out youll be amazed

    • How, where did u purchase your neatcell pen? I live in Ireland and heard that is a scam website. Thanks

      • I bought it from the store mentioned in this blog post. At first I was kinda worried this would not work but after the first use I can see it fading. Still in the process of treating my tattoo but most of it has gone and the outline is fading away. It does sting a bit when you’re not expecting it. Do not treat one spot for too long and definitely use skin renewal or aloe vera afterwards.

  2. Hi, I have seen a lot of websites of neatcell and I do not know which one is legitimate. Is the one recommended in this review post the original?

    • I bought the red light neatcell from the store recommended in this review post and used it to treat my acne. It looks like the original. It works for me and there is the brand Neatcell on the pen and package.

  3. I bought it from last year but never heard back from them since then. They just took away my money without sending the Neatcell laser pen to me. Do you know if has any contact number?

    • Hi Charlotte, sorry to hear that. As far as we know, there is only an enquiry form on Have you tried that?

  4. I went to a laser clinic and spent $100 per session and the tattoo is still not off. The technician did the laser treatments unevenly, leaving me with a faded and botchy result. Finally decided to buy my own Neatcell laser pen, and this one works just as well as the thousand dollar machine at the clinic.

  5. Started seeing results on the first day , using the laser on a faded cannabis leaf tattoo in between the thumb and pointer finger.

  6. Removed a dark mole after I session. Currently working on lightening the black outline on a tat see some difference after first try.

  7. I’ve used it twice. I can see a noticeable difference. I know people who have paid 700 for one session of tattoo removal and they got not much more difference.

  8. This has been working great. I have my exwives name tattooed on my ring finger and it’s been 2 secessions and I think 2 maybe 3 more and it will be completely gone

  9. I’m in the process of removing a section of a hand tattoo. There was visible progress after 1 use. It will take many more sessions because I am doing it myself but there’s less pain, less scaring & WAY less inexpensive than having it done professionally. At my consultation a 1″×1″ section of laser tattoo removal was estimated $300 per session, needing at least 3 sessions!
