Zucchini Pancakes Recipe: How to Make It

Ingredients (4 servings) 

  • ½ lb. (250 g) zucchini 
  • 1 c (100 g) shredded cheese 
  • 1 c (100 g) almond flour 
  • 3 eggs 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 


  1. Finely shred the zucchini. 
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste. 
  3. Add a little oil to a pan and cook until golden brown, turning once. Enjoy warm.
