Yogurt Smoothie Recipe: How to Make It

Ingredients (4 Servings) 

  • 1 3/4 c (500 g) Greek Yogurt
  • 1 ¾ c (250 g) strawberries 
  • 7 oz. (200 g) rhubarb 


  1. Wash strawberries and rhubarb, remove the stem and ends and cut into chunks. 
  2. Place the ingredients into a blender and blend for three minutes at the highest speed. Divide into four cups and serve immediately or store in fridge.
