Walnut Bread Recipe: How to Make It

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 3 c (300 g) almond flour 
  • 3 1/2 oz. chopped walnuts 
  • 7 Tbsp. (100 g) crème fraîche 
  • 1 pkg. dry yeast 
  • 1 egg 
  • 1 Tbsp. rosemary 
  • 1 Tbsp. thyme 
  • 1 dash of salt 

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, egg, salt, dry yeast and crème fraîche into dough. 
  2. Then work in the remaining ingredients. Cover and let sit for ten minutes.
  3. Grease a loaf pan and spread the dough in it. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 – 35 minutes.
