  • 14 oz. (400 g) soy grits 
  • ¾ c (100 g) unsalted pistachios 
  • 2/3 c (100 g) unsalted peanuts 


  1. If desired, peel the nuts and chop fine with a sharp knife. 
  2. Mix in with the soy grits and if desired add fruit or coconut milk.
