Tofu with Mixed Peppers Recipe: How to Make It

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 14 oz. (400 g) tofu 
  • 1 green pepper 
  • 1 red pepper 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 

Directions

  1. Dice the peppers and sauté in a pan. 
  2. Cut the tofu into four equal slices. Once the pepper is soft, add the sliced tofu to the pan and season with salt and pepper. 
  3. Heat both sides and divide onto four plates. Serve warm.
