Ingredients (4 servings)
- 14 oz. (400 g) tofu
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dice the peppers and sauté in a pan.
- Cut the tofu into four equal slices. Once the pepper is soft, add the sliced tofu to the pan and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat both sides and divide onto four plates. Serve warm.
