Ingredients (4 servings)
- 14 oz. (400 g) Tofu
- 1 2/3 c (400 ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 1/3 c (100 g) apple sauce
- First cube the tofu.
- Blend the almond milk and apple sauce in a blender.
- Slowly add the tofu cubes until it turns into a thick sauce. Then divide into four bowls and serve immediately.
