Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 3.5 oz. (100 g) sun-dried tomatoes 
  • 2.5 oz. (75 g) Emmental cheese 
  • 2.5 oz. (75 g) Gouda 
  • 2.5 oz. (75 g) Edam 
  • 1 c (25 g) fresh basil leaves 

Directions

  1. Make skewers with the cheese cubes, sun-dried tomatoes and the basil leaves in any combination. 
  2. Place in a food container to take along.
