Stuffed Eggs with Chicken Recipe: How to Make It

Ingredients (4 servings) 

  • 8 eggs 
  • 7 oz. (200 g) tuna 
  • 2/3 c (150 g) mayonnaise 
  • ¼ lb. (100 g) celery 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 


  1. Boil the eggs for at least 10 minutes, then cool. 
  2. For the filling, first dice the celery. Mix the celery, mayonnaise and tuna. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 
  3. Peel the eggs, cut in half and remove yolks. Fill with the tuna mixture and either serve immediately or refrigerate.
