Spinach Mozzarella Frittata Recipe: How to Make It

Ingredients (4 servings) 

  • 6 eggs 
  • 3 ½ c (100 g) spinach 
  • 1 ball of mozzarella 
  • 4 Tbsp. milk 
  • 1 dash of nutmeg 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 


  1. Beat the eggs and whisk in a bowl with the milk and a dash of nutmeg, salt and pepper. 
  2. Let the mozzarella drain in a strainer and cut into slices. 
  3. Briefly sauté the spinach in on ovenproof pan. Pour the egg mixture over the spinach and top with the mozzarella. Then cook in an oven preheated to 350°F (175°C) until thickened. 
  4. Divide into four portions and serve warm.
