Shrimp Stir-Fry Recipe: How to Make It

Ingredients (2 Servings)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil 
  • 1 clove garlic, minced 
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips 
  • 1 cup snow peas 
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms 
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined 
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce 
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper 
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds 

Directions

  1. In a large wok or skillet, heat the oil over high heat. 
  2. Sauté the garlic for 2 minutes. 
  3. Add the red pepper, peas, and mushrooms and stir-fry to 3 minutes. 
  4. Add the remaining ingredients and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until shrimp turns pink. 
  5. Serve immediately.
