Ingredients (4 servings)
- 8 eggs
- 5 oz. (150 g) shrimp
- ¾ oz. (25 g) wild garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Finely chop the wild garlic with a knife.
- Beat the eggs and whisk. Add the wild garlic and shrimp. Season with salt and pepper.
- Divide into muffin tins and bake in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes to set.
