Shrimp Soufflé Recipe: How to Make It

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 8 eggs 
  • 5 oz. (150 g) shrimp 
  • ¾ oz. (25 g) wild garlic 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 


  1. Finely chop the wild garlic with a knife. 
  2. Beat the eggs and whisk. Add the wild garlic and shrimp. Season with salt and pepper. 
  3. Divide into muffin tins and bake in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes to set.
