Scrambled Tofu Recipe: How to Make It

Ingredients (4 servings) 

  • 400 g Tofu 
  • 7 oz. (200 g) green pepper 
  • 3 green onions 
  • Salt and pepper 


  1. Cut the green onions into thin slices. Then dice the pepper. 
  2. Crumble the tofu with a fork. Cook all ingredients in a pan for 10 to 15 minutes. The scrambled tofu is ready to serve when the pepper has the desired texture.
