Scrambled Eggs with Peppers Recipe: How to Make It

Ingredients (4 servings) 

  • 8 eggs 
  • 1 green pepper 
  • 1 red pepper 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 

Directions

  1. Generously remove the ends of the bell peppers. Then cut the pepper into two equally sized rings. Mince the ends. 
  2. Beat the eggs and whisk. Add the minced peppers and season with salt and pepper. 
  3. Cook the scrambled egg in a pan with hot oil. Cook over medium heat to give the peppers time to cook. 
  4. Place one bell pepper ring onto each of the four plates. Divide the scrambled eggs into these and serve warm.
