Salmon Crepes Recipe: How to Make It

Ingredients (4 servings) 

  • 1 ½ c (150 g) almond flour 
  • 1/3 lb. (150 g) smoked salmon 
  • 7 Tbsp. (100 g) cream cheese 
  • 4 eggs 
  • 1 c (250 ml) milk 
  • 2 tsp chives 


  1. Mix the almond flour, eggs and milk into a batter. Cook wafer-thin crepes in a pan. 
  2. For the filling, mix the cream cheese and chives. Spread the filling on the crepes and top with lox. Roll up the crepe and serve shortly.
