Roast Beef Sandwiches Recipe: How to Make It

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 4 low carb rolls 
  • 1/3 lb. (150 g) sliced roast beef 
  • 2 gherkins 
  • 1/3 c (75 g) mayonnaise 
  • 2 tsp mustard 

Directions

  1. Mix the mustard and the mayonnaise. Finely chop the gherkins and add to the mayo. 
  2. Cut the rolls in half and top one side with the leftover roast beef from the day before. Spread mayonnaise over the top and top with the other side of the roll.
