Roast Beef Sandwich Recipe: How to Make It

Ingredients (4 servings) 

  • 8 slices of low carb bread 
  • 8 slices of roast beef 
  • 2/3 c (150 g) cream cheese 
  • 4 tsp (20 g) horseradish 

Directions

  1. Finely grate the horseradish and mix into the cream cheese. 
  2. Spread the cream cheese onto the slices of bread. Add two slices of roast beef to each of the four slices of bread and top with the remaining slices. Best served immediately.
