Ricotta with Berries Recipe: How to Make It

Ingredients (4 servings) 

  • 1 2/3 c (400 g) ricotta 
  • 1 1/3 c (200 g) blackberries 
  • 1 2/3 c (200 g) raspberries 


  1. Wash the berries and carefully blot dry with paper towel. Add the berries to the blender, half at a time, and blend to a smooth mass. 
  2. Chop the ricotta with a teaspoon and add to the remaining berries. 
  3. Sprinkle the ingredients with the pureed berries and serve immediately.
