Ingredients (4 servings)
- 1 2/3 c (400 g) ricotta
- 1 1/3 c (200 g) blackberries
- 1 2/3 c (200 g) raspberries
- Wash the berries and carefully blot dry with paper towel. Add the berries to the blender, half at a time, and blend to a smooth mass.
- Chop the ricotta with a teaspoon and add to the remaining berries.
- Sprinkle the ingredients with the pureed berries and serve immediately.
