Ingredients (4 servings)
- 2 1/2 c (600 ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 1 2/3 c (200 g) raspberries
- ½ c (50 g) vanilla flavored protein powder
- 1/3 c (50 g) chia seeds
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend at the highest setting for 3 minutes to make a breakfast shake.
- Divide into four glasses and serve immediately.
