Raspberry Almond Milk Recipe: How to Make It

Ingredients (4 servings) 

  • 2 1/2 c (600 ml) unsweetened almond milk 
  • 1 2/3 c (200 g) raspberries 
  • ½ c (50 g) vanilla flavored protein powder 
  • 1/3 c (50 g) chia seeds 

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend at the highest setting for 3 minutes to make a breakfast shake. 
  2. Divide into four glasses and serve immediately.
