Poultry Patties Recipe: How to Make It

Ingredients (4 servings) 

  • 1 lb. (500 g) mixed ground poultry 
  • 2 hard boiled eggs 
  • 1 red onion 
  • 1 egg 
  • 3 Tbsp. (25 g) ground almonds 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 


  1. Peel the red onion and the two hard boiled eggs and chop finely. 
  2. Mix in the remaining ingredients and shape into small patties. 
  3. Sautée in a hot pan and enjoy warm or cold.
