Pizza Muffins Recipe: How to Make It

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 2 ¼ c (250 g) ground almonds 
  • 1 ½ c (150 g) shredded cheese 
  • 2/3 c (150 ml) tomato sauce 
  • 6 beef sticks 
  • 4 eggs 
  • 1 tsp baking powder 

Directions

  1. First cut the beef sticks into thin slices. 
  2. Mix the ground almonds, eggs, baking powder, half the shredded cheese and the sliced beef sticks. Use a spoon to carefully mix half the tomato sauce to the muffin batter. 
  3. Add the finished batter into muffin tins and bake in the oven preheated to 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes. Then top the muffins with the rest of the sauce, cheese and salami, and bake another 5-10 minutes.
