Passion Vanilla Milk Recipe: How to Make It

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 1 2/3 c (400 ml) unsweetened almond milk 
  • 7 oz. (200 g) passion fruit 
  • ½ c (50 g) vegan vanilla flavored protein powder 
  • 1 vanilla bean 

Directions

  1. Cut the vanilla bean in half and remove the pulp. Mix in with the protein powder and almond milk. 
  2. Divide into four glasses and spoon the passion fruit into the glasses. Either serve immediately or refrigerate.
