Party Sandwiches Recipe: How to Make It

Ingredients (4 servings) 

  • 1 ½ c (150 g) almond flour 
  • 1/3 c (50 g) coconut flour 
  • 2 Tbsp. (20 g) sesame seeds 
  • 5 Tbsp. (20 g) poppy seeds 
  • 5 eggs 
  • 1 tsp baking powder 
  • 1 dash of salt 

Directions

  1. In a bowl mix all ingredients except the poppy seeds and sesame seeds until smooth. 
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and form mounds of batter on it. Mix the poppy seeds and sesame seeds and sprinkle over rolls. 
  3. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 25 minutes and add any toppings.
