Parma Ham Roll-Ups Recipe: How to Make It

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 12 slices Parma ham 
  • 6 Tbsp. (75 g) quark 
  • 5 Tbsp. (75 g) Ricotta 
  • 2 green onions 
  • 1 dash of pepper 

Directions

  1. Slice the green onions thinly and mix with the quark and ricotta in a bowl. Add a dash of pepper to taste. 
  2. Spread the filling over Parma ham and roll up carefully. This recipe can be prepared the night before.
