Ingredients (4 servings) 

  • 1 3/4 c (500 g) Greek yoghurt 
  • 7 oz. (200 g) soy grits 
  • 3 ½ oz. (100 g) pomegranate 


  1. Roll the pomegranate on the counter with a flat hand. Cut in half and tap the outside with a spoon. Catch the seeds on a plate. 
  2. Fill four glasses with a layer of yoghurt. Add a thin layer of soy grits. Add half the pomegranate seeds. Repeat these layers and serve immediately.
