Oreo Cheesecake Cookies Recipe: How to Make It

Ingredients (Servings: 12) 

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened 
  • 8 tbsp salted butter, softened 
  • 3/4 cup sugar 
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour 
  • 10 Oreos, broken into pieces 


  1. Beat the cream cheese and butter until fluffy with a mixer in a large bowl. 
  2. Add in the sugar and mix well. 
  3. Add in the flour, a little bit at a time on low until combined. 
  4. Fold in the Oreos with a spoon. 
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes or freeze for 10 minutes. 
  6. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. 
  7. Drop 2 tbsp sized balls of dough onto the baking sheet. 
  8. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until barely golden at the edges. 
  9. Remove from the oven and cool for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a cooling rack to cool completely before serving
