Onion Omelet Recipe: How to Make It

  • 8 eggs 
  • 6 green onions 
  • 2 red onions 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 

Directions

  1. Dice the red onions and slice the green onions. 
  2. Beat the eggs, whisk and mix in the onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 
  3. Make four omelets in a hot pan and serve warm.
