Omelet with Hot Salsa Recipe: How to Make It

Ingredients (4 servings) 

  • 8 eggs 
  • 2 tomatoes 
  • ½ red pepper 
  • ½ green pepper 
  • 1 red chili pepper 
  • 1 onion 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 


  1. Dice all ingredients except the eggs into fine cubes. Boil down in a pot over medium heat to make a thick salsa. 
  2. Beat the eggs and season with a dash of salt and pepper. Add to a hot pan and cook slowly until set. 
  3. Divide into four portions and garnish with the warm salsa. Serve soon and enjoy warm.
