Ingredients (4 servings)
- 12 Nuremberg sausages
- 7 oz. (200 g) white mushrooms
- 1 onion
- Peel the onion and cut into thin slices. Then cut the white mushrooms into thin strips.
- First sauté the onions in the pan. Then add the sausages and cook evenly. Divide both onto four plates.
- Now sauté the white mushrooms and top sausages with the mushrooms. Serve warm.
