Ingredients (4 servings) 

  • 2 c (400 g) strained yoghurt 
  • 2/3 lb. (300 g) papaya 
  • 1 1/4 c (300 ml) buttermilk 


  1. Cut the fruit of the papaya into chunks and blend on the highest setting along with the other ingredients. 
  2. Divide into four glasses and serve immediately or refrigerate.
