Low Carb Egg Salad Sandwiches Recipe: How to Make It

Ingredients (4 servings) 

  • 4 low carb rolls 
  • 4 hard boiled eggs 
  • ½ c (100 g) mayonnaise 
  • 2 tsp fresh chives 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 


  1. Peal the hard boiled eggs and dice. 
  2. Mix with the mayonnaise and chives. If desired, season with a dash of salt and pepper. Or use curry for a more exotic flavor. 
  3. Cut the rolls in half. Spread egg salad onto one half of the rolls, top with the other half and serve immediately.
