Ingredients (2 Servings)
- 1 bunch kale, washed and thoroughly dried
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp sea salt
- ½ lemon
- Preheat your oven to 300 degrees F.
- Strip the kale from the stems and break into it pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the kale with olive oil and salt.
- Spread kale evenly on large baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until kale is crispy.
- Remove from oven and squeeze lemon juice over the kale chips (watch for seeds!)
- Serve immediately.
