I have no idea who you are- since there is no name- my presumption is you are related somehow to this company. if you look on BBB you will see almost 1000 complaints. all similar- poor responses. items not received and more frequent- no returns- some of this is way illegal this company is a major scam artist. yes CS responds but asks more questions over a 2 week period and is totally refusing to do anything.
