Ingredients (4 servings)
- 8 eggs
- 1 pkg. any frozen mixed herbs
- 1 ¾ oz. (50 g) sliced parmesan
- Beat the eggs and whisk with the herbs.
- Add the mixture to a hot pan and cook slowly until thickened. When the edges begin to thicken, top the eggs with sliced parmesan.
- When done cooking, cut the omelet into four sections and enjoy warm.
