Herb Omelet with Sliced Parmesan Recipe: How to Make It

Ingredients (4 servings) 

  • 8 eggs 
  • 1 pkg. any frozen mixed herbs 
  • 1 ¾ oz. (50 g) sliced parmesan 


  1. Beat the eggs and whisk with the herbs
  2. Add the mixture to a hot pan and cook slowly until thickened. When the edges begin to thicken, top the eggs with sliced parmesan. 
  3. When done cooking, cut the omelet into four sections and enjoy warm.
