Hearty Cream Cheese Rolls Recipe: How to Make It

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 4 low carb rolls 
  • 2/3 c (150 g) cream cheese 
  • ¼ lb. (100 g) rolled fillet of ham 
  • 5 Tbsp. (30 g) grated parmesan 


  1. Cut the rolled fillet of ham into small strips or cube. In a bowl, mix with the grated parmesan and cream cheese. 
  2. Cut the rolls in half and spread the hearty cream cheese on the rolls. Serve on a plate.
