Harzer Rolls with Red Onions Recipe: How to Make It

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 4 slices low carb bread 
  • 8 Harzer cheese 
  • 2 red onions 
  • Oil 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 


  1. Cut the red onions into thin slices. Sautée in a pan with a little oil. 
  2. Place two slices of cheese onto each plate and divide the warm onions onto the slices. Serve each with a slice of bread.
