Halloween Pumpkin Pancakes Recipe: How to Make It

Ingredients (4 servings) 

  • 3 c (300 g) almond flour 
  • 3 ½ oz. (100 g) pumpkin 
  • 3/4 c (200 g) yoghurt 
  • 3/4 c (200 ml) milk 
  • 4 eggs 
  • 1 dash of salt 

Directions

  1. Peel the pumpkin and cut into small cubes. Add the cubes and the other ingredients into a blender and blend to make a batter. 
  2. Cook the pancakes in a pan. Great warm or cold.
