Green Scrambled Eggs Recipe: How to Make It

Ingredients (4 servings) 

  • 8 eggs 
  • 3 1/3 c (100 g) spinach 
  • ¾ oz. (25 g) wild garlic 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 


  1. Wash wild garlic and spinach and dry with paper towel or a salad spinner. Add into a blender. 
  2. Beat the eggs and also add to the blender. Blend all ingredients at the highest speed for about 3 minutes until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste. 
  3. Heat a little oil in a pan and cook the scrambled eggs. Use a spatula to cut into bite size pieces. 
  4. Serve on four plates and enjoy warm.
