Green Onion and Green Asparagus Omelet Recipe: How to Make It

Ingredients (4 servings) 

  • 8 eggs 
  • 6 pieces of green asparagus 
  • 4 green onions 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 


  1. Cut the asparagus and green onions into thin slices. Sautée in a hot pan for about 2 – 3 minutes. 
  2. Meanwhile beat the eggs and whisk with salt and pepper. 
  3. Add the eggs to the pan and slowly cook until thick at over medium heat. Divide into four portions and enjoy warm.
