Goat Cheese & Chive Omelet Recipe: How to Make It

Ingredients (4 servings) 

  • 8 eggs 
  • 7 oz. (200 g) goat cheese 
  • 2 Tbsp. chives 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 

Directions

  1. Beat the eggs and whisk. Add the chives and season with salt and pepper. 
  2. In a pan, cook four omelets from the egg mixture. After turning, add 50 g cubed goat cheese to each omelet and when finished cooking, fold in half and serve.
