Ingredients (4 servings) 

  • 600 g cottage cheese 
  • 1 1/3 c (200 g) blackberries 
  • 1 c (100 g) blueberries 
  • Zest of one lime 


  1. With a spoon mix the berries and the zest of one lime in with the cottage cheese. 
  2. Divide into four portions and serve immediately.
