Fruit Quark Recipe: How to Make It

Ingredients (4 servings) 

  • 3 c (600 g) quark 
  • 2 clementines 
  • 2 kiwis 

Directions

  1. Peel the clementines and kiwis. Remove the clementine pieces with a knife and collect the juice in a bowl. Cut the kiwis into bit size pieces. 
  2. Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix carefully. Either serve immediately or refrigerate.
