Fluffy Eggs Recipe: How to Make It

Ingredients (4 servings) 

  • 4 eggs 
  • 1 c (100 g) shredded cheese 
  • 1.8 oz. (50 g) bacon bits 
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh chives 
  • 1 dash of salt 
  • 1 dash of pepper 

Directions

  1. First divide the eggs. Preferably leave the yolks in one of the egg halves to keep intact. 
  2. Whisk the egg whites and the dash of salt. Carefully fold in the chives, cheese and bacon bits. 
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Form four little heaps. Slightly press these down with a spoon and make a depression in the middle with the back of the spoon. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 5 – 8 minutes. 
  4. Add one of the yolks to each of the depressions. Bake another 5 minutes, then serve immediately. If you prefer hard boiled eggs, simply add 2 – 3 minutes to the cooking time.
