Filled Avocado with Salmon and Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Recipe: How to Make It

Ingredients (4 servings) 

  • 2 avocados 
  • 1/4 lb. smoked salmon 
  • 2/3 c (150 g) chive & onion cream cheese 


  1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Remove the fruit with a spoon and dice. Then dice the salmon. 
  2. Mix in the cream cheese and fill the skin. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
