Ingredients (4 servings)
- 2 avocados
- 1/4 lb. smoked salmon
- 2/3 c (150 g) chive & onion cream cheese
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Remove the fruit with a spoon and dice. Then dice the salmon.
- Mix in the cream cheese and fill the skin. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
