Feta with Peach Recipe: How to Make It

Ingredients (4 servings) 

  • 5 1/3 c (800 g) feta 
  • 4 slices Parma ham 
  • 2 peaches 


  1. Cut the feta into four equal slices. Make four tin foil pouches and add the feta. 
  2. Add one slice Parma ham to each. Cut the peaches in half and add the halves over the cheese. Close the tin foil and cook in the oven preheated to 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes. 
  3. Divide onto four plates along with the tin foil and serve warm.
