Feta Skillet with Cress Recipe: How to Make It

Ingredients (4 servings) 

  • 6 eggs 
  • 1 c (150 g) Feta cheese crumbles 
  • 1 pkg. cress 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 

Directions

  1. Cut off the cress and chop fine with a knife. 
  2. Beat and whisk the eggs. Add the cress and season with salt and pepper. 
  3. Scramble the egg mixture in a hot pan. Then add the feta cheese crumbles and heat for about 2 minutes over medium heat. 
  4. Divide into four portions and serve warm.
