Ingredients (4 servings)
- 6 eggs
- 1 c (150 g) Feta cheese crumbles
- 1 pkg. cress
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cut off the cress and chop fine with a knife.
- Beat and whisk the eggs. Add the cress and season with salt and pepper.
- Scramble the egg mixture in a hot pan. Then add the feta cheese crumbles and heat for about 2 minutes over medium heat.
- Divide into four portions and serve warm.
