Father’s Day Beer Bread Recipe: How to Make It

Ingredients (4 servings) 

  • 2 c (200 g) quark 
  • 6 eggs 
  • 1 c (100 g) almond flour 
  • 3 ½ oz. (100 g) ground almonds 
  • 1/2 c (100 ml) black beer 
  • 1 Tbsp. (1 pkg.) baking powder 
  • 1 dash of salt 

Directions

  1. In a bowl mix all ingredients into a smooth batter. 
  2. Grease a baking pan and spread the dough in it. Bake in the oven preheated to 325°F (170°C) for 50 minutes.
